General T.O.S_{➪It is the responsibility of the commissioner to read my TOS before commissioning me.}
_{➪It is assumed that when commissioning me, the commissioner agrees with my TOS.}
_{➪If a commissioner has any questions/issues with my TOS, especially if it pertains to their commission, it is their responsibility to ask me.}
_{➪Failure to comply with my policies due to the commissioners failure to familiarize themselves with my TOS/not asking crutial questions regarding their commission/my TOS sooner will result in a warning, termination of the commission, and/or a possibility of not receiving a refund if payment has been made + art has been completed.}
_{➪Keep conversation professional. I unfortunately do not have the capacity to deal with trauma dumping while trying to complete a commission.}
_{➪All commissioners are guaranteed their art to be completed within a TAT (turn around time) of 1 month (4 weeks). But, due to me (the artist) being a student, this can be subject to change depending on the situation. Compliance is required.}
_{➪Sometimes during very rare occurrences and/or unfortunate circumstances, I lose DM’s and sometimes am unable to contact you. If you noticed that I haven’t given any art updates within 2-3 weeks, please kindly DM me with a reminder. If this happens, it isn’t intentional and it isn’t me trying to scam you, it is just a simple human error.}
_{➪Please be aware that I am a student before I am an artist and school will always be a priority before art. This is why sometimes I may take slightly longer to complete your commission. Understanding and compliance is required.}
_{➪If I find that a commissioner is being rude/simply not complying to my TOS, I will issue a warning.}
_{➪Failure to comply with my TOS after a warning will result in a blacklist/beware post, and will no longer be able to commission me.}
_{➪ Please be aware that my prices are firm. Discounts are only issued to some mutuals and some friends upon request. Asking for discounts if you are not a friend/mutual will not be accepted.}
_{➪Contrary to popular belief, I do accept mixed offers on my art. This is so that I can give an equal opportunity to all to receive my art, even to those experiencing harsher financial circumstances. I accept: physical items/figures, art trades, premade ocs, custom ocs, gift cards (valorant, amazon, etc), and more. _{➪ My prices are in USD only. I am Canadian, but more than 90% of my commissioners are from the US, so it’s easier to make my prices in US dollars.}
_{➪ I only take payment via Paypal, Kofi, and Wise.}
_{➪it is preferred you pay upfront, but you may pay either upfront or after the sketch.}
_{➪ Do not claim my art to be yours.}
_{➪ PLEASE credit me unless said otherwise.}
_{➪ I have the right to refuse any commission.}
_{➪If you purchase a base fill/regular custom, you MUST credit me as well as the base maker.}
_{➪Do NOT repost my art unless you are the commissioner or own the character drawn.}
_{➪ All commissioners will receive a sketch progress/WIP photo of their commission. If the commissioner would like to request changes, this is the only and last time to do so.}
_{➪Changes are free during the sketch process, once you approve a sketch.}
_{➪Commissioners have a deadline of 3 days to pay or their sketch will be deleted and chat will be removed.}
_{➪ If you received a completed commission from me and do not like it, you will NOT receive a refund. This is because prior to the commission being completed, all commissioners receive a sketch progress/WIP photo. It is the commissioners responsibility to communicate to me (the artist) with any requests/changes they want made before, or during the sketch/WIP process.}
_{➪ The only changes that can be made to the art piece AFTER it has been complete are VERY MINOR ones. I am not able to make significant changes such as changes in facial expression, pose, etc.}
_{➪Please also be aware that I am not an expert, and sometimes will not be able to perfectly portray your oc, especially if they are a unique species/complicated.}
_{➪It is preferred but not required, that the commissioner communicates facial expression/pose/aesthetic/vibe that they want for the art piece.}Physical art Info + TOS
_{➪ When purchasing physical art from me, please be aware that I have two cats and a dog. It is on the onus of the commissioner to keep this in mind, especially if they have allergies to fur.}
_{➪ I ship from Canada, via Canada Post/USPS. If you prefer another shipping provider, you will be subject to paying additional fees, as my prices only include standard/general shipping.}
_{➪ It is not guaranteed that you will receive tracking for your item. If you would like to request tracking, you will be subject to an additional increase in price (usually +$10).}
_{➪ Unless stated otherwise, all shipping costs are included in the items listed price.}
_{➪ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: When receiving a package from me, please be aware that if the item you're ordering is large/heavy in weight, there's a possibility that there might be tariff/import fees. I usually only ship badges/posters, so if that's what you bought, you will not receive a tariff fee if it is light weight (FYI, posters/badges/paper are light weight).}
